Thinkfree, a subsidiary of Hancom, announced on the 9th the beta release of 'Refinder AI,' an artificial intelligence (AI) search and Q&A solution targeting the global enterprise market.
Refinder AI is an AI service that enables integrated search of vast data scattered across numerous business platforms used by enterprises, regardless of the source, all in one place. It connects productivity and collaboration platforms such as Gmail, Google Drive, Confluence, Jira, Slack, and Notion to find various data stored in web content, office documents, PDFs, emails, messages, and more at once. It is characterized by providing fast and accurate answers based on verified data within the company's boundaries.
The AI goes beyond simply finding materials to act as an assistant. When a user inputs a search term or question, the AI interprets the meaning of the question and the user's intent, then gathers the most relevant and accurate information from scattered internal company data to provide answers in natural language.
Security has been strengthened as it handles corporate data stored across various platforms. Refinder AI is designed so that important data is not searchable by unauthorized users. The AI only references data authorized by the adopting company to provide answers. Unlike other enterprise search solutions, no separate development is required, and various applications used by the company can be easily integrated.
