Exchange Does Not Designate Aurora as an Unfaithful Disclosure Corporation

On the 8th, the Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Division announced that it will not designate Aurora as an unfaithful disclosure corporation, taking into account mitigating reasons related to disclosure non-compliance. Previously, the Exchange had issued a preliminary notice on the 13th of last month to designate Aurora as an unfaithful disclosure corporation due to disclosure non-compliance cases, including one delay in the decision to acquire shares and equity securities of another company and one delay in the correction of the decision to acquire shares and equity securities of another company.
