Gangseo-gu, Seoul (Mayor Jin Gyo-hoon) announced on the 8th that singer Shin In-seon and Choi Chung-hyun, who was active under the nickname "Hwagok-dong Cheonggaeri," have been appointed as promotional ambassadors. On the afternoon of the same day, the district held a "Promotional Ambassador Appointment Ceremony" in the mayor's office and presented appointment certificates to Shin In-seon and Choi Chung-hyun.
The two singers plan to actively promote Gangseo-gu in various ways, including participating in local festivals and events for the next two years.
Shin In-seon has appeared on numerous programs such as "Mr. Trot" and "Hidden Singer," gaining public love with her bright and positive energy. She is also actively working as a musical actress, appearing in musicals such as "Turandot."
Choi Chung-hyun was active as "Hwagok-dong Cheonggaeri" on the audition program "Veiled Musician" and has secured a loyal fan base with his unique sensibility and poignant vocal tone.
Mayor Jin Gyo-hoon said, "Their bright smiles and friendly communication with fans align with Gangseo-gu's resident-centered on-site communication administration, which is why they were appointed as promotional ambassadors," and added, "Please help promote Gangseo-gu's key policies and projects."
