Enhancing Understanding of Young Grandchildren and Supporting Proper Childcare
The Busan Early Childhood Education Promotion Institute will hold the ‘Generational Love Grandparent Class’ for 40 grandparents of children aged 3 to 5 at the Busan Education Research and Information Institute on the 15th and 17th.
This training is designed to enhance grandparents’ understanding of early childhood development and to support desirable childcare practices.
The first session, held on the 15th, will feature Park Jinseok, Director of the Body Love Posture Research Institute, who will give a lecture on ‘Grandparents’ Physical Health Class for Happy Grandchild Care!’
The second session, titled ‘Happy Snack Making Class for My Precious Grandchild,’ will be led by Seo Youngju, President of the International Children's Cooking Instructor Association, who will conduct a snack-making workshop.
Those wishing to participate can apply on a first-come, first-served basis via the Busan Early Childhood Education Promotion Institute website starting at 10 a.m. on the 9th. It is possible to register for both sessions, and families in socially disadvantaged groups will be given priority.
