- About 2,000 More Households Than the Largest Complex in Chungcheong Area to Date
- Distinctive Communities Including Swimming Pool, Guesthouse, and Private Cinema Catch Attention
Excluding the metropolitan area, major pre-sale news across the country is drawing the attention of buyers. Located in Doan New Town, known as the Gangnam of Daejeon, and developed as a single-brand town under Hyundai Construction's 'Hillstate,' it is expected to become a landmark complex in Daejeon in the future.
According to data from Real Estate R114, in the Chungcheong region (Daejeon, Chungbuk, Chungnam), the largest apartment complexes by number of households in each area are △ ‘Prugio Castle’ in Seowon-gu, Cheongju, Chungbuk (occupied in November 2010) with 3,599 households △ ‘Cheonan Hanyang Sujain Eco City’ in Dongnam-gu, Cheonan, Chungnam (occupied in December 2023) with 3,200 households △ ‘Dunsan The Sharp Eliph’ in Seo-gu, Daejeon (expected occupancy in February 2025) with 2,763 households, in that order.
On the other hand, ‘Hillstate Doan River Park’ in Doan New Town, Daejeon, is a total of 5,329 households, of which Phase 1 (Block 5, 1,124 households) and Phase 2 (Block 4, 1,437 households), totaling 2,561 households (2,113 general sale households), will be supplied in July as the first phase. This is about 2,000 households more than the previously largest complexes developed in the Chungcheong region.
Due to its overwhelming scale, interest in the product is also high. Notably, differentiated community facilities rarely seen in the area are attracting attention.
First, Phase 1 and Phase 2 will each include a golf practice range, fitness center, reading room, H i-Sup, H With Pet, laundry room, and guest house. In particular, Phase 1 will feature a swimming pool, while Phase 2 will have a private cinema and specialized sauna. Since facilities such as a swimming pool, guest house, and private cinema, which are rare in the area, will be established, residents are expected to enjoy various cultural and leisure activities within the complex. The buildings, consisting of 25 floors or more, will have at least two elevators including an evacuation elevator to enhance convenience for residents.
Along with this, excellent living environments are also provided. First, Gyochon-dong, where the Daejeon National Industrial Complex (planned) will be developed, is located within a 2 km radius. This area is expected to attract nano-semiconductor industries, aerospace, and urban air mobility (UAM)-related industries, positioning the complex as a representative brand large-scale apartment complex with excellent proximity to workplaces in the future.
Nearby, the Southwest Comprehensive Sports Town is also planned. This site will be half the size of Seoul Olympic Park and will include a comprehensive stadium, multipurpose gymnasium, sports facilities, and parks. Once completed, residents will be able to spend leisure time cycling or walking in this area.
The environment is also ideal for raising children. The complex includes a daycare center, and elementary and middle school sites are planned within walking distance. Additionally, Doan High School, Daejeon Physical Education High School, Yuseong Life Science High School, and Daejeon Arts High School are nearby, providing an excellent educational environment. Large shopping and cultural facilities such as Homeplus Mega Food Market Yuseong Branch, Homeplus Seodaejeon Branch, Lotte Mart Seodaejeon Branch, CGV Daejeon Gasuwon Branch, and Megabox Daejeon Yuseong Branch are also close by.
The model house for Hillstate Doan River Park is scheduled to open in the Doan-dong area, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City.
