Hyundai Motor Company announced on the 5th that it will conduct recruitment for technical talent in the second half of this year. Hyundai plans to select mobility technical positions with diverse capabilities and expertise to actively respond to future industry trends, including electrification.
This recruitment will be conducted in two sectors: complete vehicle manufacturing and assembly at Hyundai's domestic production plants (Ulsan, Asan, Jeonju), and research and development (R&D) technology at the Technical Research Center (Namyang Research Center).
Applicants must have graduated from high school or higher, with no age or gender restrictions. Detailed requirements for each recruitment sector can be found on Hyundai Motor's recruitment website.
Application submissions will be accepted from the 10th to 16th of this month until 5 p.m. The announcement of successful applicants for the document screening will be made in mid-August. For those who pass the document screening, aptitude tests will be conducted at the end of August, followed by the first interview in September, the final interview and physical examination in October. The final successful candidates will be announced in November.
The final successful candidates in the complete vehicle manufacturing and assembly sector will be hired in two batches. They will be sequentially assigned to production sites in December this year and January next year. The R&D technology sector at the Namyang Research Center plans to hire in December and assign personnel by January next year.
