Roman Meal is characterized by the inclusion of superfoods such as whole wheat, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and flaxseed, inspired by Roman soldiers who consumed whole wheat and rye daily to enhance their stamina.

The products include ‘Roman Meal Nachos Himalayan Salt,’ which offers a savory and salty taste using Himalayan salt, and ‘Roman Meal Nachos Smoky Chili,’ which features a sweet and spicy flavor combining chili peppers and smoky aroma.

Harim has launched ‘Samgyetang Noodles,’ which faithfully replicates the deep and rich broth of Samgyetang, ahead of the first heat of summer (Chobok).

Samgyetang Noodles are a convenient way to enjoy the representative health food Samgyetang in ramen form during the hot summer, available in both bag and cup types. Fresh, high-quality domestic Harim chicken is simmered carefully for a long time to complete the deep and rich broth flavor and unique aroma of Samgyetang.

The noodles, made by mixing Harim’s chicken broth in a golden ratio into the dough, offer a rich savory flavor and harmonize well with the thick Samgyetang broth. Additionally, the noodles are slowly air-dried, resulting in low oil content, resistance to sogginess, and a chewy texture. The included finishing soup contains ginseng oil made from domestic fresh ginseng to enhance umami, and the flakes of dried garlic, egg garnish, Cheongyang chili, and red chili improve the product’s completeness.
