All Type 1 Priority Slots Filled
Kumho Construction's new housing brand 'Atera' was first applied in 'Cheongju Technopolis Atera,' which succeeded in subscription popularity with an average competition rate of 47.4 to 1.
According to the Korea Real Estate Agency's subscription homepage on the 4th, the 1st priority subscription results for 'Cheongju Technopolis Atera' conducted the previous day showed that 24,692 applications were received for 521 households (excluding special supply). This is more than three times higher than the total number of 1st priority subscription applications (8,065) for two complexes sold in Cheongju, Chungbuk this year.
By type, the penthouse type 138㎡P2 with 4 households attracted 606 applications, recording the highest competition rate (151.5 to 1). The same penthouse type 138㎡P1 with 2 households received 232 applications, showing a competition rate of 116 to 1. The 84㎡A type with 119 households received 12,281 subscription accounts, recording 103.2 to 1. Following were 84㎡B at 60.3 to 1, 113㎡A at 38.4 to 1, and 84㎡C at 35.2 to 1.
A sales official explained, "Since this is Kumho Construction's first 'Atera' brand complex and has a reasonable sale price of 12.37 million KRW per pyeong, it recorded a high competition rate."
The subscription winners will be announced on the 10th, and the winners' contracts will be conducted for seven days from the 22nd to the 28th of the same month.
Located at 19, Songjeol-dong, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk, Cheongju Technopolis Atera is the largest complex within Technopolis, consisting of 17 buildings from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 138㎡, totaling 1,450 households.
The buildings are mainly arranged facing south to maximize lighting and sunlight rights, and community facilities such as a 35th-floor sky lounge, indoor swimming pool, multipurpose gymnasium, indoor golf practice range, guest house, and fitness center are included. Additionally, wide distances between buildings (up to 115m) secure sunlight rights and minimize interference between households, and parking spaces are ample with 1.64 parking spots per household.
