Lotte Water Park will open its 'Summer Wave' season starting on the 13th, ahead of the full onset of summer heat.

The park plans to fully open its popular slides, known for their thrilling excitement, to help visitors forget the sweltering weather. This year, in particular, a new outdoor stage called 'Wave Stage' will debut, featuring a variety of performances, events, and fresh content.

The country's largest outdoor wave pool, 'Giant Wave,' and the popular slides are ready to welcome summer visitors. The Giant Wave, a landmark of Lotte Water Park, measures 135 meters in length and 120 meters in width. Waves up to 2.4 meters high sweep away both your body and the heat, delivering an exhilarating experience.

For thrill-seekers, the 'Water Coaster' is an unmissable highlight. Riders can enjoy the excitement of racing down a 300-meter-long track from a height of 22 meters in a two-person tube.

Families and friends can strengthen their bonds together on various slides. The 'Giant Boomerango' allows up to six people to ride a tube and experience the thrill of rapid ascents and descents, as if soaring into the sky along the track. Other attractions include the 'Double Swing Slide,' the longest and tallest swing slide in Korea at 190 meters long and 21 meters high, and the 'Tornado Slide,' where screams of joy echo as riders spin inside a massive funnel.

The 'Giant Music Wave Party,' a performance by dancers set to EDM, offers another layer of enjoyment. This party is themed as an onboard party on the Giant, sailing through the South Pacific Polynesia, and features EDM and dance performances. Dancers, blending Polynesian and modern styles, present colorful and powerful dances in sync with the DJ's EDM music. Over 50 water effect devices launch toward the audience in front of the stage, allowing guests to enjoy the show while cooling off from the heat.

The 'Hot Summer Night Party' will conclude with a fireworks display, heating up summer nights. During July and August, when the daytime heat lingers into the night, a fantastic night party will help guests forget the tropical nights. The 'Hot Summer Night Party,' held every Saturday and on Liberation Day at 8 p.m. from the 13th until August 17th, recreates the festive night atmosphere of a Polynesian island. The show will feature EDM music and laser shows with various special effects.

To celebrate its 10th anniversary, Lotte Water Park will also present special performances by the Lotte World performance team. A samba performance featuring a local Brazilian samba queen and dancers, flown in from the other side of the globe, will bring the passion of South America to the stage. Guests can also enjoy a variety of attractions, including lambada and dynamic salsa. In addition, the summer season performance 'Water Pangpang' from Lotte World Adventure Busan, featuring lively dance performances and water gun play, will be available.

The 'Adult Pool,' a private and quiet environment for water play, will be open from the 13th until August 25th. The Adult Pool is designed for guests seeking peaceful relaxation away from the crowds. Visitors can also enjoy the outdoor play pool, healing spa, and spa village.

Various discount benefits are prepared to commemorate the 10th anniversary. From the 13th to the 19th of this month, the first 100 guests each day who participate in the 'Lotte Park Carry and Run' early bird event on the Lotte Water Park website can enjoy a 44% discount and enter for 41,900 won (based on Gold Season adult rates).

In addition, through a partnership with Wyndham Grand Busan Hotel, hotel guests can use the park at about a 49% discount during the high season (June 17 to July 12) and about a 44% discount during the gold season (July 13 to July 26). Lotte Water Park visitors can also receive discounts when staying at the hotel.
