NewJeans Ignites Tokyo Dome, Appointed as Korean Tourism Ambassadors

According to the tourism industry and the music industry on the 3rd, NewJeans has been selected as the "2024 Korea Tourism Honorary Ambassador" by the Korea Tourism Organization to convey the charm of our country.


Debuting in 2022, NewJeans has enjoyed phenomenal popularity with every song they released, including "Attention," "Hype Boy," "Ditto," "OMG," and most recently "How Sweet."


Despite conflicts this spring between their agency ADOR's CEO Min Hee-jin and their parent company HYBE, they recently proved their immense popularity by selling out fan meetings over two days at Tokyo Dome in Japan.


Last month, they attended the "2024 Korea On Stage - New Generation" event held at Gyeongbokgung Palace in Seoul, performing their hit songs in hanbok and spreading the beauty of Korea to the world.


Meanwhile, NewJeans' appointment ceremony as Korea Tourism Honorary Ambassadors is scheduled to be held later this month.
