Kyobo Securities announced on the 3rd that it will offer a special pre-tax annual 5% yield ELB (Equity-Linked Bond) exclusively for brokerage-type Individual Savings Accounts (ISA).
The brokerage-type ISA is an integrated account that allows diversified investment in various financial products such as domestic listed stocks, Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs), ELBs, bonds, and funds within a single account while enjoying tax benefits.
This special ELB is a 6-month principal-protected (digital type) product based on Samsung Electronics common stock as the underlying asset.
On the maturity evaluation date, if the underlying asset's maturity evaluation price exceeds 200%, a pre-tax annual yield of 5.01% will be paid; if the maturity evaluation price is 200% or less, a pre-tax annual yield of 5.00% will be paid.
The subscription will be conducted five times with 2 billion KRW each, totaling 10 billion KRW, during the periods of the 1st to 12th, 15th to 19th, 22nd to 26th of this month, the 29th of this month to the 2nd of next month, and the 5th to 9th of next month. From the second round onwards, customers with a combined overseas stock, overseas bond, and overseas futures trading amount of 20 million KRW or more can also subscribe through their brokerage accounts.
The minimum subscription amount for this product is 1 million KRW, and subscriptions can be made in units of 100,000 KRW, with a maximum subscription limit of 20 million KRW per individual.
Meanwhile, a brokerage-type ISA event will also be held until the end of next month.
When purchasing over 10 million KRW of online OTC bonds through a brokerage-type ISA account, a 10,000 KRW cultural gift certificate will be given; for purchases over 20 million KRW, a 20,000 KRW certificate; and for purchases over 30 million KRW, a 30,000 KRW certificate will be provided.
Additionally, preferential commission fees will be offered for domestic listed stock trading through the brokerage-type ISA account.
