On the afternoon of the 2nd, Choi Ho-gwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District Office, held the '2024 District Administration Current Issues Project Briefing' at Yeongdeungpo Art Hall and greeted the residents.
Held to mark the halfway point of the 8th elected term, the project briefing was attended by residents and organizations interested in district administration, including exemplary citizen awardees, and proceeded with ▲pre-event performances ▲explanation of current district administration projects by the mayor ▲Q&A session with residents.
Mayor Choi explained the current issues projects achieved together with the residents over the past two years, which had been a hectic period, in areas such as ‘Residential City,’ ‘Economic City,’ ‘Future Education City,’ ‘Cultural City,’ ‘Welfare City,’ and ‘Expansion of Public Infrastructure,’ and took time to gather opinions and communicate with the residents.
Choi Ho-gwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, said, “I thank the residents who have worked together for Yeongdeungpo’s youthful transformation over the past two years,” and added, “The voice of the residents is the driving force behind the development of district administration. Going forward, I will prioritize communication with residents and do my best to create a youthful city Yeongdeungpo together with them.”
