The 9th Term Second Half of Muan County Council Begins... Chairman Lee Hoseong Inaugurated

Lee Hoseong Chairman: "We Will Build a Working Assembly Through Checks and Surveillance"

The 9th Muan County Council, led by Chairman Lee Ho-seong, held an opening ceremony and entered the second half of its term.

According to the County Council, about 50 people, including Muan County Governor Kim San, executive officials, and journalists, attended the opening ceremony held at the main conference hall at 10 a.m. on the 2nd.

The event, which began with the national anthem, proceeded smoothly with the presentation of merit plaques, introduction of the chairmanship, opening remarks, and congratulatory speech by Governor Kim San.

In his opening remarks, Chairman Lee Ho-seong said, "I have been entrusted with the heavy responsibility of chairman with the support and encouragement of the county residents," and expressed deep gratitude to former Chairman Kim Kyung-hyun and the council members who led the previous council.

He added, "We will create a working council through responsible checks and supervision while communicating with the county residents," and revealed the future direction of activities, saying, "We will respond promptly to local issues and become a proactive policy council."

Based on this, the Muan County Council completed the organization of the second half of the council through the 295th extraordinary session held on the 1st.

Lee Ho-seong was elected as chairman, Jung Eun-kyung as vice chairman, Lim Hyun-soo as chair of the Council Operation Planning Committee, Kim Bong-seong as chair of the Administrative, Cultural, and Welfare Committee, and Park Ssang-bae as chair of the Industry and Construction Committee.

The Muan County Council is committed to meeting the expectations of the county residents through agile responses to local issues and better policy establishment during this second half of the term.

The second half of the 9th Muan County Council is expected to focus its capabilities on the development of the local community through new systems and discussions.
