Construction and Design Experts Collaborate
Seeking Resident Satisfaction and High-Quality Public Housing
Busan Metropolitan Corporation (BMC) recently held an architectural design briefing session regarding the Eco Delta City Blocks 12 and 15 Public Housing Construction Project with Private Participation.
The event was attended by BMC President Kim Yonghak, Urban Creation Headquarters Director Lee Sangyong, other executives and staff, representatives from DL E&C (the lead company for Block 12), Kyungdong Construction (the lead company for Block 15), as well as architects and other related parties, totaling around 40 participants.
Busan Urban Corporation is holding a design briefing session for the Eco 12·15 Block private-participation public housing project.
The briefing covered overall architectural design topics such as ▲site layout plans ▲outdoor space design ▲residential building and unit plans ▲ancillary and welfare facility plans, followed by an interactive session for exchanging opinions between BMC and related companies.
In particular, in-depth discussions were held on architectural, landscaping, and facility planning, contributing to the exploration of consumer-centered public housing solutions.
BMC announced that it will further review and supplement the matters discussed at this design briefing, proceed with the necessary permits and approvals, and strive to create public housing that satisfies future residents.
Kim Yonghak, President of Busan Metropolitan Corporation, stated, "We will thoroughly review the various suggestions made by the lead companies, architects, and other participants at the design briefing and incorporate them into our work," and added, "I ask all employees of the corporation to work together and do their utmost to ensure the safe completion of the buildings."
President Kim further requested, "I hope that all of the corporation's capabilities will be focused on creating an eco-friendly complex utilizing green carbon to address climate change, and on establishing disaster and safety measures for typhoons, heavy rain, and other emergencies."
