Utilized as Maintenance and Sales Space
General Motors (GM) Korea has relocated and reopened the Chevrolet Direct Seoul Service Center. It has been reborn as an integrated service center covering all GM brand vehicles, including Chevrolet, Cadillac, and GMC.
Korea GM announced on the 2nd that it opened the Seoul Service Center in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and started services this month. The new center, located at the southern end of Yanghwa Bridge in Seoul, is the largest center in the Seoul area with a site area of 3,970.60㎡ and a total floor area of 26,252.23㎡ spanning from three basement floors to eight above-ground floors. It can precisely diagnose and repair about 100 vehicles per day.
In particular, the center has expanded its functions beyond the existing maintenance services to also provide sales services within the same space. The first floor above ground is designated for vehicle exhibition and consultation areas, floors 2 to 4 are for maintenance and repair, floors 5 to 6 are for sheet metal and painting, and floors 7 to 8 are office spaces. The underground parking area can accommodate about 180 vehicles.
Premium lounge spaces and an efficient reception and reservation system have also been introduced. To enable customers to quickly obtain the latest information about the center, a new Kakao channel has been launched, and English support services have been strengthened.
An opening commemorative event is also being held. This month, washer fluid will be provided free of charge to customers who bring in their vehicles. The first 2,000 customers to bring in their vehicles will receive a vehicle safety kit. Among customers who register as new friends on the KakaoTalk channel and participate in the comment event, 300 will be selected by lottery to receive Starbucks and McDonald's coupons.

It will provide more efficient and differentiated services and become a space that offers GM’s premium brand experience."
