"I Will Do My Best for the Dynamic Leap Forward of Hamyang-gun"
Hamyang County in Gyeongnam Province announced on the 2nd that Cho Yeomoon (57), former Director of the Aerospace Industry Division of Gyeongnam Province, has been appointed as the 40th Deputy Governor.
Deputy Governor Cho began his first day with a visit to the Memorial Tower for the Fallen, and officially commenced his duties after receiving his letter of appointment from Hamyang County Governor Jin Byungyoung in the presence of senior officials.
Deputy Governor Cho Yeomoon began his public service career in his hometown of Changnyeong in February 1993. He has held key positions such as Aerospace Affairs, Small Business Policy, and Social Economy Policy in Gyeongnam Province, earning recognition for his outstanding performance. After being promoted to Local Director in July 2021, he served as Director of the Manufacturing Industry Division and the Aerospace Industry Division, and has now been appointed as Deputy Governor of Hamyang County.
Deputy Governor Cho Yeomoon stated, "I will contribute to realizing Hamyang's goal of a powerful leap forward together," adding, "Drawing on my administrative experience across various departments, I will communicate with staff and work to solve tasks for the development of Hamyang County."
He also said, "I will do my best not only to serve as a bridge with Gyeongnam Province so that Hamyang County's key and pending projects can be successfully promoted, but also to fulfill my own responsibilities to the utmost."
