Heo Ung, son of basketball player Heo Jae and a member of the Korean professional basketball team Busan KCC Egis, has filed a complaint against his ex-girlfriend A for charges including threats, and a transcript of their conversation has been released, sparking another controversy. Recently, MBN's 'Pressroom LIVE' revealed part of the call recording between Heo Ung and A, provided by Heo Ung's side.

In a call made on the 19th of last month, A shouted, "Hey! Have you ever once paid for my wrist treatment? Damn it! You hit me. At the ㅇㅇ Hotel," and continued, "Ung-ah, you said this is important now. Speak clearly, I can't hear you." Heo Ung responded in a flustered voice, "No, what suddenly happened?" Then A said, "We had an incident. Admit what you have to admit, and if you apologize, I won't make a fuss, but you messed up," and reiterated, "You hit me at the ㅇㅇ Hotel and broke my tooth."

In response to A's statement, Heo Ung said, "Me? When?" showing surprise. Then A angrily said, "You didn't even take me to the hospital once because you cared about your image, and you made me have an abortion so you wouldn't be held back. Isn't that right? You're really finished." Heo Ung again said, "What are you talking about? Why are you suddenly..." and the recording ended.

However, since the transcript was provided by Heo Ung's side, some netizens have raised suspicions that Heo Ung showed artificial reactions during the recording to create a favorable situation for himself.

A's side insider: "Not a hostess... but did use drugs"

Heo Ung and A met through an acquaintance at the end of 2018 and developed a romantic relationship. They broke up and reconciled repeatedly due to personality differences and opposition from both families, finally breaking up in December 2021. However, Heo Ung filed a complaint against A on the 26th of last month at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul for attempted extortion, threats, and violation of the Stalking Punishment Act. Heo Ung's side stated, "A threatened to expose Heo Ung's private life through the media, SNS, and his affiliated team for three years and demanded 300 million won from Heo Ung."

Heo Woong, the eldest son of Heo Jae, the head coach of the men's national basketball team, led his team, Busan KCC, to the championship in the 2023-2024 professional basketball season finals and was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP). He has been loved as a representative player of professional basketball, having ranked first in the All-Star fan voting for three consecutive years. In May 2021, when A became pregnant with Heo Ung's child, she insisted, "We must marry before the birth," but when Heo Ung said, "I need to think about marriage a little more," she suddenly turned to threats, according to Heo Ung's side. A completely denied Heo Ung's claims in an interview with Sports Kyunghyang. A stated that she underwent two artificial abortions in December 2019 and May 2021, and during both surgeries, Heo Ung never mentioned marriage.

Additionally, A revealed that she paid all medical expenses except for the surgery fees herself, and that Heo Ung demanded sexual relations during her pregnancy and immediately after the abortion. Regarding Heo Ung's claim that A demanded 300 million won after the abortion, A said, "At the time of pregnancy, the amount was first suggested by Heo Ung as compensation for the abortion, but I refused it then," and added, "Heo Ung continued to avoid responsibility after the abortion, so I mentioned the amount he suggested in anger, but I clearly communicated that I had no intention of receiving money afterward."
