On July 1, Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam held an orientation for 72 newly appointed public officials at the main conference room of the Changwon Public Health Center.
This orientation was organized to help new public officials adapt smoothly to their roles by providing essential job training necessary for public service, such as understanding the overall administration of Changwon Special City and learning how to draft official documents before being assigned to their respective departments.
The training included a lecture on "Practical Administration Operations," where participants learned about administrative work and official document preparation. In addition, senior officials gave lectures on "Service Regulations," "Integrity," "Employee Welfare," and "How to Use the Computer System," enhancing the new officials' practical understanding of public service life.
Chang Geumyong, the First Deputy Mayor, stated, "I hope this orientation serves as a valuable guide for all of you standing at the starting line of your public service careers. I welcome you as part of the team working together with senior officials for the development of Changwon Special City. I look forward to seeing your limitless abilities and passion unfold throughout your public service journey."
