We Will Do Our Best to Build a Strong Boseong County
Boseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 1st that Seo Hyung-bin, the 35th Deputy Governor, has taken office.
Seo Hyung-bin, former Director of the Autonomous Administration Division of Jeollanam-do, assumed office as the new Deputy Governor of Boseong-gun on July 1st following the personnel appointment by Jeollanam-do and has begun full-scale duties.
Deputy Governor Seo Hyung-bin has held key positions throughout Jeollanam-do, demonstrating excellent planning skills and rational thinking in carrying out his work, as well as building strong trust among senior and junior public officials due to his amicable interpersonal relationships.
At the inauguration ceremony, Deputy Governor Seo said, “I consider it an immense honor to work in Boseong-gun, where the spirit of 3 Gyeong and 3 Bohyang shines.” He added, “From today, I will make Boseong, the capital of green tea, my second hometown.”
He also expressed his determination to work with the public officials of Boseong-gun with a sense of responsibility and mission, to serve as a bridge between Jeollanam-do and Boseong-gun, as well as between central government ministries and Boseong-gun, to smoothly carry out county administration, and to contribute to creating an organizational culture of communication and harmony among employees.
In particular, he pledged to do his best alongside Governor Kim Cheol-woo of Boseong-gun to make Boseong a better place to live by focusing on key projects such as the electrification of the Gyeongjeon Line and Namhae Line connecting Boseong, the urban gas supply project in Boseong-eup, and the development of the Yulpo Marine Leisure Tourism Hub.
Meanwhile, Deputy Governor Seo Hyung-bin, originally from Jangheung-gun, graduated from Jangheung High School, earned a degree from Chodang University, began his public service career in Jangheung-gun, and has served as Director of the Economic and Industrial Bureau of Mokpo City and Director of the Autonomous Administration Division of Jeollanam-do.
