GS Construction announced on the 1st that it received the highest grade for two consecutive years in the mutual cooperation evaluation among construction contractors conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
The mutual cooperation evaluation assesses ▲ joint contracts and subcontracting performance with partner companies ▲ fostering partner companies ▲ credibility, among other areas. It is a system designed to establish close mutual cooperation relationships among construction contractors to promote balanced development and efficient execution in the construction industry. Receiving the highest grade grants benefits such as additional points in the preliminary qualification for public procurement bids by the Public Procurement Service, a 6% increase in construction capability evaluation amount, and a 0.5-point deduction in penalty points under the Framework Act on the Construction Industry.
GS Construction also received the highest grade for three consecutive years in the Win-Win Growth Index evaluation by the Win-Win Growth Committee last year. A GS Construction official stated, "We will do our best to grow together in the future with the mindset that the competitiveness of our partner companies is our own competitiveness."
Meanwhile, GS Construction has created the 'Great Partnership Package' and is conducting a comprehensive support program for win-win growth. It operates programs such as fair competition bidding system management, training support for partner company staff, management support funds, and financial support through win-win funds.
