'Young People Travel to Incheon and Promote on SNS'... Launch of Incheon Cheongchun Travel Group 3rd Generation

The 3rd Incheon Youth Travel Group, dedicated to discovering and promoting Incheon's hidden tourist spots, has officially begun its activities.

Incheon Tourism Organization announced on the 1st that the inauguration ceremony for the 3rd Youth Travel Group, composed of young people, was held on the 29th of last month at the complex cultural space, Sangsang Platform.

According to the organization, 197 people from 77 teams applied for the 3rd Incheon Youth Travel Group, and after expert evaluation, 100 people from 38 teams were selected. This is an expansion compared to the 1st group in 2022 with 17 teams and 50 people, and the 2nd group last year with 28 teams and 80 people.

During the approximately five-month activity period, the 3rd Youth Travel Group will plan and experience Incheon trips based on 11 themes including the old downtown, peace, night tourism, smart tourism, gastronomy, and activities. They will create various content and share it with citizens through their individual SNS accounts. At the inauguration ceremony, there was a session for sharing experiences of outstanding previous participants and networking. Additionally, specialized content creation training necessary for the travel group activities was conducted to strengthen the youth's commitment to participation.
