"Heo Ung's Ex-Girlfriend from the Same Establishment as 'Lee Seon-gyun Threat Woman'"

Heo Ung's Side "4 Years of Stalking, Threats, and Self-Harm"
Ex-Girlfriend "Wanted an Apology... Faced Secondary Harm"

Basketball player Heo Ung (31, KCC) has filed a complaint against his ex-girlfriend A for threats, while claims have emerged that A is from the same entertainment establishment as Kim Mo (29, female), the manager of a nightlife venue who is currently on trial after being indicted and detained for extortion and threats involving actor Lee Seon-gyun.

According to legal and entertainment industry sources on the 28th, A was identified as one of the suspects in a drug use investigation conducted by the Incheon Police Agency last year during the Lee Seon-gyun case.

According to Money Today, A was listed as "Jeon OO" in the Incheon Police Agency investigation report 'Serial No. 7,' which was disclosed by Dispatch and caused controversy. The police have determined that A worked as an employee at a Gangnam, Seoul establishment alongside defendant Kim from the Lee Seon-gyun case and Hwang Hana.

However, it was found that A was not working at the establishment around late 2018, when she was first introduced to Heo Ung and began their relationship, nor around 2021. At that time, A was enrolled in an arts program at a university in the Seoul area.

Heo Ung’s legal representative, lawyer Kim Dong-hyung, visited the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul around 5:30 PM that day to submit a complaint against A on charges including attempted extortion, threats, violations of the Stalking Punishment Act, and violations of the Narcotics Control Act.

According to lawyer Kim, Heo Ung and A met through an acquaintance in late 2018 and developed a romantic relationship, but due to personality differences and opposition from both families, they repeatedly broke up and reconciled before finally parting ways around December 2021.

In a press release, lawyer Kim explained that A became pregnant twice during her relationship with Heo Ung. At the time of the first pregnancy, Heo Ung promised to take responsibility for A and the child, but A decided on her own to have an abortion, stating she wanted to have children only after marriage. Later, when A revealed her second pregnancy in May 2021, Heo Ung suggested carrying the baby to term, but A insisted that marriage must happen before childbirth. The two mutually agreed to undergo a second induced abortion.

After Heo Ung said he needed "more time to think" about marriage, A’s attitude changed drastically, and she demanded 300 million won, threatening to expose Heo Ung’s private life to the media and on social media. Lawyer Kim claims that A stalked and threatened Heo Ung for nearly four years after their breakup and caused him anxiety and fear by self-harming in front of him.

Additionally, lawyer Kim stated that around February 2023, A repeatedly appeared with white powder on her nose and told Heo Ung she was using ketamine, urging prompt and forceful investigation into A’s drug use allegations.

Meanwhile, A has strongly denied Heo Ung’s side’s claim that he intended to marry her during the pregnancy and abortion process, asserting that Heo Ung never expressed any intention to marry.

In a media interview on the 28th, A said, "During the two abortions, Heo Ung never mentioned marriage," and added, "Both abortions were due to Heo Ung’s pressure. It is true that he accompanied me on the day of the surgery because consent from a guardian was required, but I handled all subsequent treatment and care alone."

Regarding Heo Ung’s claim that A demanded 300 million won after the abortion, A stated, "Heo Ung was the one who first suggested the amount, but I refused. Heo Ung continued to avoid responsibility after the abortion, and my demand was made in anger. I clearly communicated that I had no intention of receiving the money afterward." She also denied the claim that she caused a disturbance by self-harming after drug use.

A said, "I wanted at least a minimum of conscience and a sincere apology, but Heo Ung and his family have caused secondary harm by publicizing personal pain to the media."
