Shindongah Construction is opening the model house for the residential-commercial complex "Uijeongbu Station Familier Ⅱ" in Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do on the 28th and starting sales. Priority subscription applications will be accepted on the 9th of next month.
Uijeongbu Station Familier Ⅱ will be built on lots 100-1 and 100-2, Uijeongbu-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do, consisting of one building with 2 basement floors and 40 above-ground floors, totaling 150 households with exclusive areas of 59, 77, 84, 134, and 136㎡.
Special supply will begin on the 8th of next month, followed by first-priority subscription on the 9th and second-priority subscription on the 10th. The announcement of winners will be on the 17th of next month, and the official contract period will be held for three days from the 30th of next month to August 1st. Move-in is scheduled for July 2026.
Uijeongbu Station Familier Ⅱ is located in the ultra-station area of Uijeongbu Station on Subway Line 1. The GTX-C line is scheduled to open at Uijeongbu Station by the end of 2028, which is expected to further improve transportation convenience. Once completed, accessibility to Seoul, including Gangnam, is expected to improve significantly.
Redevelopment of the old downtown area is also underway. An urban development project is in progress to newly develop the former U.S. military return site "Camp LaGuardia." This area will include multi-family housing, public offices, parks, and parking lots.
