Achievements Following Korea Credit Guarantee Fund's 'Start-up NEST' and Busan United Technology Holdings' 'B-Wave Accelerating'
The faculty startup company ‘Team Reboot’ from Pukyong National University has been selected as a final participant in IBK Industrial Bank’s startup acceleration program, ‘IBK Changgong Busan 11th Innovative Startup Companies’.
Team Reboot, a trade AI solution company, was chosen for the program in recognition of its innovative technology, growth potential, and business feasibility.
IBK Changgong is a flagship acceleration program by IBK Industrial Bank aimed at discovering and nurturing promising startups. Selected companies receive various forms of support, including investment and loans, education, and consulting.
Team Reboot is currently developing ‘askyour.trade’, an AI solution that automates the entire trade process. This solution utilizes large language model (LLM) technology to automate and intelligently manage all aspects of trade, including document preparation, communication, and decision-making.
In February, Team Reboot signed an MOU with a shipping company for digital transformation (DX) in the trade, shipping, and maritime industries through generative AI. In April, the company was also selected for the 15th cohort of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund’s startup acceleration platform, Start-up NEST, continuing to achieve meaningful milestones and gaining attention in the startup ecosystem.
Additionally, Team Reboot was selected as a promising startup in the maritime and fisheries sector in the southeastern region for the 2024 B-Wave Accelerating program, operated by Busan United Technology Holdings. The company was also selected for the Ministry of Science and ICT’s ‘2024 AI Voucher Support Project’ and is working with local manufacturing companies to advance smart factories based on generative AI.
With this latest selection, Team Reboot is expected to receive additional support necessary for the development of trade AI technology and business expansion.
A university official stated that Team Reboot’s trade AI solution is expected to contribute to the digitalization of the domestic trade industry.
