Tax Refund Amount Can Be Charged to Naver Pay Money
Naver Pay announced on the 28th that it will launch a promotion to enjoy traveling in Japan economically.
During the month of July, if you pay with Naver Pay X Alipay Plus QR at three major Japanese convenience stores?Seven-Eleven, Lawson, and FamilyMart?you can get an immediate 50% discount on the purchase amount. The maximum discount per person is 2,000 yen (17,249 KRW), and the benefit is provided once during the period.
The QR payment promotion can also be used while shopping. Until August 31, when paying with Naver Pay X Alipay Plus QR at Don Quijote, Bic Camera, and Takashimaya Department Store in Japan, you can receive an immediate discount of up to 8,000 yen. At Don Quijote and Bic Camera, a payment of 10,000 to 20,000 yen gets a 1,000 yen discount, and payments over 20,000 yen get a 2,000 yen discount. At Takashimaya Department Store, payments over 20,000 yen receive a 4,000 yen discount. The discount benefit is applied once per person per affiliated store.
After shopping, you can also receive tax refunds as Naver Pay Money. Naver Pay has partnered with the tax refund agency Global Tax Free to provide tax refund services at seven Global Tax Free locations in major Japanese tourist cities such as Tokyo, Fukuoka, Kumamoto, and Okinawa. When applying for a tax refund, the confirmed refund amount can be charged to Naver Pay Money.
