Shinyoung Hwayang District Development PFV announced on the 27th that 'Shinyoung Jiwell Pyeongtaek Hwayang,' launched in the Hwayang District of Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, is conducting first-come, first-served unit and building designation contracts.

Eligibility is open to adults aged 19 and over, regardless of region, subscription savings account status, home ownership, or re-winning restriction period. Notably, there is a zero-interest benefit on the second deposit and interim payments after the initial deposit of 10 million KRW, so there is no initial financial burden until move-in. The move-in is scheduled for April 2027.

A sales official stated, "Various financial benefits are provided, so there is no additional burden until move-in, and even if you purchase, it does not count toward the number of homes owned." He added, "Attention is drawn to major development benefits such as the opening of Anjung Station KTX, and it is expected that the atmosphere will change significantly with completed infrastructure by the time of move-in." He further explained, "It is also important that it is located in a prime location within the Hwayang District and possesses landmark qualities representing the area."

Shinyoung Jiwell Pyeongtaek Hwayang will be built on 785 Hwayang-ri, Hyeondeok-myeon, Pyeongtaek-si (Hwayang District Block 9-1), consisting of 10 buildings with a total of 999 units, ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors. All units have an exclusive area of 84㎡. Construction is handled by Shinyoung C&D.

The complex is located a one-minute walk from the central commercial area of the Hwayang District. It is adjacent to public offices and a general hospital, and an elementary school is scheduled to open right in front of the complex. Middle and high schools, as well as academies, are also nearby.

Transportation conditions are convenient for travel within and outside the region via National Route 38 and the Seohaean Expressway. Anjung-daero and the Seobu Inland Expressway are scheduled to open this year and next year, respectively. Near the complex, Anjung Station is set to open simultaneously in October for the Seohae Line, connecting Goyang in Gyeonggi to Hongseong in Chungnam, and the Pyeongtaek Line, running between Anjung and Pyeongtaek. The Seohae Line will eventually connect directly to the Gyeongbu High-Speed Line, enabling access to Gwangmyeong Station, Yongsan Station, and Seoul Station within about 30 minutes via KTX by 2030.

The differentiated Jiwell brand value also raises expectations. The complex layout is mainly south-facing to enhance lighting and ventilation efficiency, and about 35% of the total site area is dedicated to landscaping. Inside the living spaces, paid options are offered to suit family members and lifestyles, including integrated bedroom types (combining two bedrooms) and enhanced storage types (expanded dressing rooms and built-in wardrobes in the master bedroom). Community facilities, introduced for the first time in the Hwayang District, include household storage, a dry sauna, and a futsal court, along with a gymnasium, grass plaza, tea house, Moms Station, care center, and daycare center.
