Nongshim launches bakery snack ‘Bbangbujang Raspberry Bread’
Nongshim is launching a new product in the bakery snack ‘Bbangbujang’ series called ‘Raspberry Bread’. This is the third product following ‘Bbangbujang Salt Bread’ released last October and ‘Bbangbujang Choco Bread’ in January this year. Bbangbujang Raspberry Bread is a croissant-shaped snack that combines rich butter and raspberry to create a fresh and sweet taste. In line with the bakery snack concept of Bbangbujang, it was developed to allow consumers to conveniently enjoy a famous bread menu featuring croissants with raspberry compote (jam) as a snack.
A Nongshim representative said, “Raspberry is a fruit widely used in summer beverages, ice cream, and bakery items due to its unique fresh taste,” adding, “We hope consumers enjoy the new product ‘Raspberry Bread,’ which combines Bbangbujang’s soft and luxurious texture with the freshness of raspberry, during summer outings.” The Bbangbujang series has surpassed cumulative sales of 15 million packs in about eight months since its launch last October, gaining popularity through its bakery snack concept of conveniently enjoying famous bread menus as snacks and the marketing character ‘Bbangbujang,’ a fictional snack researcher.
Namyang Dairy Products renews and launches coffee brand ‘Lucas Nine Latte’
Namyang Dairy Products has renewed and launched its coffee brand ‘Lucas Nine Latte.’ Under the slogan ‘Making latte more like a latte,’ this renewal increased the content of milk and coffee beans compared to the existing product and enhanced the strong espresso flavor by utilizing -196°C micro grind technology and low-temperature direct roasting.
The milk foam uses 1A grade non-fat creamer to create natural and rich foam, replicating the taste enjoyed at cafes. A Namyang Dairy Products representative said, “This renewal focuses on fresh ingredients and content to make it easier and more delicious to make lattes at home,” adding, “We plan to continue introducing products that meet diverse consumer needs in the home cafe market.”
Since its launch in 2016, Lucas Nine Latte has been composed of various lineups including ‘Original,’ ‘Strawberry Latte,’ the richer-flavored ‘Double Shot Latte,’ and ‘Vanilla Latte’ which adds smoothness with Madagascan vanilla beans.
Pigeon renews and launches two types of concentrated fabric softeners ‘Concentrated Pigeon’
Pigeon has renewed and launched two types of concentrated fabric softeners. To help consumers enjoy a fragrant daily life even during the summer when discomfort levels are high, Pigeon has strengthened the ingredients of ‘Concentrated Pigeon Signature’ and ‘Concentrated Pigeon Original’ fabric softeners.
Concentrated Pigeon Signature increases the content of effective indoor drying ingredients to effectively remove the damp and musty odors that occur when drying indoors. Concentrated Pigeon Original has tripled the fragrance compared to previous products, allowing consumers to enjoy Pigeon’s rich scent for a long time.
The packaging has also been changed to match the ingredient renewal. The image was cleaned up to highlight the concentrated flower essence that completes Pigeon’s signature scent, and the color was changed to a dark tone to add a luxurious feel. Additionally, the enhanced ingredients are emphasized in the package text. Both products do not contain thickeners, so they are non-sticky and easy to use with detergent automatic dispensers and washing machine maintenance.
F&F 'Discovery' unveils rash guard collection with Byeon Woo-seok and Go Yoon-jung
F&F’s outdoor brand ‘Discovery Expedition’ has launched a rash guard collection with Byeon Woo-seok and Go Yoon-jung.
The newly released rash guards use the cooling material ‘Freshvent’ to provide a cooler and more stylish wear during the hot summer. They feature excellent breathability with quick absorption and drying functions. Additionally, they apply Trigot material with superior elasticity and recovery, allowing free movement during various water activities, and include UPF 50+ material with excellent UV protection to shield the skin from ultraviolet rays.
A Discovery Expedition representative said, “We hope consumers enjoy a cool and active water life this summer with the ’24 Summer Rash Guard Collection’ that combines both style and functionality.”
E-Land Folder launches Ozzie ‘Rain Boots’ collection
Ozzie, the in-house brand of the fashion platform Folder operated by E-Land World, is launching a ‘Rain Boots’ collection for the summer season. In response to the forecast of heavier rainfall than usual this summer, Ozzie has prepared a collection with colors and designs that can add a styling point during the gloomy rainy season. This collection consists of two styles: Coulterville Rain Boots and Beadle Platform Rain Boots.
The Coulterville Rain Boots feature a slim and soft curved shape. With a smoothly falling curved silhouette, they are proposed as products suitable for wearing not only in summer but throughout all four seasons. The boots come in three lengths: long rain boots, mid rain boots, and Chelsea rain boots. The shortest length, ‘Chelsea Rain Boots,’ is also available in sizes for male customers. The Beadle Platform Rain Boots are short boots with a rounded and minimal toe box, designed for daily wear in summer.
