Gwangju Science Museum Special Exhibition 'Dino World' Achieves Record-Breaking Popularity

This special exhibition offers an event where visitors can enjoy stories such as the birth of the Earth from a scientific perspective, along with lifelike moving dinosaurs that make you feel as if you have traveled back to the dinosaur era. It opened on the 21st and recently attracted about 5,000 visitors on weekends, creating a huge turnout. This is the highest number of special exhibition visitors in a single day since the museum's opening.

This exhibition features various displays and experiences including ▲Dino Time Machine ▲Dino Museum ▲Dino Park ▲Dino Lab, composed of moving dinosaur models, real fossils, dinosaurs from the Korean Peninsula and the Honam region, and a variety of interactive content.

A representative from the Gwangju Science Museum said, “With the summer season approaching, children and families can all enjoy the lifelike dinosaur models and diverse hands-on experiences, resulting in very high visitor satisfaction.”

They added, “Since a season-limited event is being held where visitors to the special exhibition can enter a raffle to win various prizes such as dinosaur LEGO sets, we hope for much interest and support from group and family visitors.”
