334 Units Out of 745 for General Sale...Interest-Free Interim Payments

Ssangyong Construction announced that it will open the model house for ‘Ssangyong The Platinum Nature,’ located in Eumnae-dong, Daedeok-gu, Daejeon, on the 28th and begin full-scale sales.
The complex consists of 11 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 745 units. Excluding 411 units reserved for association members, 334 units will be sold to the general public, including △59㎡A 47 units △59㎡B 220 units △74㎡ 13 units △84㎡ 54 units.
Since fewer than 800 apartment units have been supplied in the past 10 years, this is a newly introduced apartment complex in Daedeok-gu after a long time.
Eumnae-dong, where the apartments will be built, is close to Daejeon 1st and 2nd General Industrial Complexes, Pyeongchon Small and Medium Business Complex, and Daejeon Venture Cooperative Complex, enabling approximately 25,000 office workers commuting to this area to enjoy proximity between their workplace and residence.
Residents can enjoy nearby natural attractions such as Gyejoksan Mountain, Hanbat Arboretum, and Songchon Sports Park. In front of the complex, there are 11 bus routes, and with the planned opening of the tram on Urban Railway Line 2 (scheduled for 2028), the Eumnae Station (tentative name) on Line 2 will be located right in front of the complex.

Applications start with special supply on July 8, followed by first priority on July 9 and second priority on July 10, with the announcement of successful applicants on July 16. The model house is located in Tanbang-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon.
