Moltail Launches Full-Scale Reverse Cross-Border E-Commerce Business for B2B Sellers

Moltale, the leading company in overseas direct purchase delivery, is making a full-scale entry into the reverse direct purchase business for B2B (business-to-business) sellers.

Connectwave's overseas branch, Moltale, announced on the 27th that it will upgrade its Korean logistics center into a dedicated reverse direct purchase fulfillment center and provide differentiated logistics services for B2B sellers.

Moltale plans to connect the global logistics network it has built through over 2 million overseas direct purchase deliveries annually in the US, Europe, and Asia with its Korean logistics center to promote reverse direct purchase and develop it as a new growth engine.

In particular, beyond its current role in personal goods and MakeGlobal product delivery agency (B2C) operated by Connectwave's MakeShop for overseas expansion sellers, it plans to introduce customized infrastructure for domestic B2B sellers.

Moltale's new logistics service is available to any seller wishing to ship products from Korea overseas, enabling one-stop delivery and export customs clearance to over 109 countries worldwide at reasonable costs.

Additionally, it supports convenient overseas expansion for sellers by applying various services such as ▲inspection of delivery order information and product model matching ▲fast customs clearance ▲order linkage ▲and establishment of a systematic CS team.

Moltale's inspection service cross-verifies whether the product matches the customer's order, allowing users (sellers) to minimize misdelivery issues and focus solely on sales.

Moltale's reverse direct purchase logistics center is located in Incheon, which is convenient for sea and air transportation, covering a total area of 7,000 pyeong. It can handle 30,000 cargo entries and shipments daily, and features the ability to expand effective workspace and invest in equipment as volume increases with business expansion.

A Moltale official stated, “Our company has been achieving high performance in the B2B sector targeting overseas sellers since last year, in addition to overseas direct purchase delivery for general consumers (B2C) using 12 logistics centers in 8 countries. Through this, we will further strengthen our reverse direct purchase service capabilities and expand into the fulfillment area in the future.”
