Booyoung Group announced on the 26th that the number of applicants for this year's recruitment of experienced and new employees, whose document submissions were accepted from the 10th to the 16th, increased more than five times compared to 2017. This recruitment covers all fields including construction, sales, finance, leisure, public relations, legal affairs, and IT. They will select a double-digit number of candidates through the first document screening and the second interview screening.

In particular, the number of applicants in their 20s and 30s noticeably increased even in the recruitment of experienced employees. A Booyoung Group official said, "Young employees would naturally consider the childbirth incentive as well."

Chairman Lee Joong-geun of Booyoung Group announced a childbirth incentive policy in February that provides 100 million KRW in cash per child to employees with children born since 2021. As a result, the company has paid a total of 7 billion KRW to employees. This is the first case of a company providing 100 million KRW as a childbirth incentive.

Inside Booyoung Group, this policy is seen as having a significant effect. Another official said, "Although the exact number is unknown, there have been many talks that employees wearing pregnancy badges have recently become quite noticeable." Booyoung Group plans to pay the childbirth incentive in a lump sum at next year's opening ceremony for employees' children born since February.
