'2024 Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) International Seminar' to be Held in Seoul

'Implementing Future Mobility through ITS' is the theme

The '2024 ITS International Seminar,' involving overseas experts in the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) field and domestic transportation and ITS companies, will be held in Seoul on the 28th. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport will host the '2024 ITS International Seminar' under the theme of 'Realizing Future Mobility through ITS.'

The seminar is organized to support the overseas expansion of our companies based on a diagnosis of the global status and case studies of major countries following the development of the domestic ITS industry. Additionally, ahead of the 2025 Suwon ITS Asia-Pacific Congress and the 2026 Gangneung ITS World Congress, meaningful advice for successful hosting will be gathered from ITS experts from various countries to refer to in event preparations.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport will present Korea's ITS policies, current status of major service provisions, and future visions including the ITS Basic Plan 2030 at the seminar. ITS experts from major countries such as the United States and Singapore will also present the status of their ITS projects and technology trends.

In particular, a Korean ITS company introduction program promoting the excellence of our companies' ITS innovative technologies will be organized to focus on supporting domestic companies' overseas expansion.
