Holger Geyermann, CEO of Porsche Korea, will continue his term as the German Chairman of the Korea-Germany Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KGCCI). Geyermann, who was first elected as chairman in 2022, will contribute to enhancing business goodwill between Korea and Germany for another two years.
The Korea-Germany Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced on the 26th that Geyermann was re-elected as the German Chairman at the 43rd General Assembly held on the 25th at the Four Seasons Hotel in Jongno-gu, Seoul. The term for the KGCCI chairman is two years, and Geyermann, along with Hyunnam Park, CEO of Deutsche Bank who was re-elected last year, will serve as co-chairs leading the chamber.

So far, Geyermann has supported companies that create social contributions and value in Korean society through innovative ideas, not only as a board member of KGCCI but also through the KGCCI Innovation Awards. He was also selected as an honorary citizen of Seoul last year.
Geyermann said, "I am grateful and feel a sense of responsibility for being reappointed as chairman of KGCCI. I will do my best to strengthen the ties between Korea and Germany and actively support the growth of the business community."
At the general assembly, Ha-joong Jung, CEO of Siemens Korea (Korean Vice Chairman), Stephan Sproi, CEO of Ellingklinger Korea (German Vice Chairman), and Jisook Lee, CFO of Bayer Korea (Accountant), were reappointed.
New directors appointed include David Jones, Head of RWE Renewables Korea, Sasha Jovanovic, CEO of Webasto Korea, Christoph Novak, CEO of Daxer Korea, and Antonio Landajo, CEO of Daimler Truck Korea.
The board consists of Alex Driyaka, CEO of Robert Bosch Korea; Ilseung Jeon, CEO of Wilo Pump; Woogyu Kim, CEO of Merck Korea; Jungwook Seo, CEO of TUV SUD; Jun Song, CEO of BASF Korea; and Martin H?ngkelmann, CEO of the Korea-Germany Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Martin H?ngkelmann, CEO of KGCCI, said, "The diverse and competent board will lead the success and cooperation between Korean and German companies and promote innovation and growth."
