Suwon Mayor Lee Jae-jun is speaking at the completion ceremony of the 'Suwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry Suwon CEO Forum' on the 25th.
Lee Jae-jun, the mayor of Suwon, promised to work harder to make the city more business-friendly.
At the graduation ceremony of the 5th Suwon CEO Forum held by the Suwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the 25th, Mayor Lee said, "We are striving to revitalize the stagnant Suwon economy," and emphasized, "We will continue and expand policies and projects that empower businesses and support their growth without interruption."
He introduced seven business support policies, including ▲ efforts to lift the overpopulation control zone ▲ the best transportation hub in southern Gyeonggi ▲ a leap to an advanced science city as an engine for future growth ▲ the 300 billion won Saebit Fund and Saebit Loans ▲ a ‘Campus Town’ where businesses, universities, and the local community coexist ▲ business networks, virtuous cycles of investment, and job creation ▲ and the nation’s first ‘Local Commercial District Protection City.’
The Suwon CEO Forum is a platform where businesspeople in the Suwon area share the latest management information and network. The 5th forum started on April 2 and was held every Tuesday, with a total of 22 participants graduating.
Meanwhile, after his special lecture, Mayor Lee presented awards for exemplary small and medium-sized business owners to Yoon Eun-sang, director of SH Tech Co., Ltd., and Lee Gyu-tae, CEO of Hyomyung Construction Co., Ltd.
