However, contrary to Mr. A's expectations, the taste reportedly did not change. He expressed dissatisfaction, saying, "The sweet and sour pork sauce was so cold it had solidified into jelly, making it impossible to dip the pork pieces." He continued, "I thought this was not right while eating and tried to call the store, but it was closed and no one answered. Did they really inspect the branch? I want to know which branch it was," expressing anger. Later, Mr. A also revealed the condition of the jjajangmyeon he ordered together. The photo shows the noodles stuck together in clumps. He explained, "The noodles are stuck together like a bundle of cables."

Earlier, Baek Jong-won revealed efforts to improve 'Hong Kong Banjeom' through his YouTube channel on the 3rd and 10th. He also installed monitors displaying recipes at all Hong Kong Banjeom branches, spending 9 million won. He stated that he focused on retraining stores that received complaints through the website.

Baek Jong-won's side said, "Although it is not perfect yet, Hong Kong Banjeom is still working hard to change and will continue to strive for further improvement." However, netizens responded to the post with comments such as, "I watched Baek Jong-won's video and ordered again, but I will never eat it again," and "The meat had a bad smell and it was just the same. Using this kind of attention to make people order again is a scam." On the other hand, some netizens commented, "They are still inspecting now, so let's wait a bit," and "The problem is with the branch rather than Baek Jong-won."

One netizen said, "It's not Baek Jong-won; even if they inspect like that, the owner never changes," and added, "To be precise, they just pretend for a couple of months and then return to the current state. They need to cut them off boldly. Regular inspections are necessary," expressing their opinion.
