Ryu Kyung-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, is giving a greeting speech at the Integrity Live Education held on the 25th.
Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) conducted an integrity live training session for about 500 employees on the 25th at the Jungnang-gu Office basement auditorium.
Prepared in collaboration with the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission Integrity Training Center, this training linked various cultural performances such as Pansori and sand art to help employees understand integrity more easily and closely.
The training consisted of ▲ a lively Pansori performance emphasizing the importance of practicing integrity values ▲ a special lecture to strengthen integrity capabilities ▲ and sand art (sand art performance) illustrating integrity cases.
The first segment, the Pansori performance, reinterpreted "Sinbyeoljubu-jeon" focusing on the "Public Officials Conflict of Interest Prevention Act" and the "Code of Conduct for Public Officials," making difficult and potentially boring content easy and entertaining, which received enthusiastic responses from employees.
Additionally, Lee Kwang-soo, a professional instructor from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission's integrity education, delivered a lecture centered on various integrity policies and cases, enhancing employees' understanding of integrity.
Lastly, the sand art performance portrayed "A Starry Night," an award-winning integrity content piece from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, which reflects on integrity through a father's warm teachings, evoking deep empathy.
Ryu Kyung-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, said, "I hope this training served as an opportunity to change employees' perceptions of integrity, which they usually find difficult and rigid," and added, "We will do our best to create 'My Pride, Integrity Jungnang' by establishing various policies to cultivate integrity awareness and achieve the highest integrity grade."
Jungnang-gu is making efforts to create a clean and trustworthy public service culture to become a top-grade integrity district this year by operating ▲ 'Integrity Communication Day' ▲ integrity education with residents ▲ integrity training for senior officials ▲ and integrity empathy quizzes for employees.
