Applying Peer Learning Methods Beyond Traditional Lecture-Based Education
The AI·SW-Centered University Project Group at Hoseo University held the launch ceremony for the '42 Hoseo SW Immersive Education' program to mark the summer vacation and has officially started the intensive training.
The AI·SW-Centered University Project Group at Hoseo University announced on the 25th that it will hold the launch ceremony for the '42 Hoseo SW Immersive Education' program and commence full-scale education during the summer vacation.
The '42 Hoseo SW Immersive Education' is a project-based SW education applying peer learning methods using Codyssey, the educational platform of the Innovation Academy Foundation. It is conducted by forming teams not only of SW major students but also students from various majors.
In particular, as part of an intensive course system where credits are officially recognized even during the vacation, it will be conducted over three weeks from the 24th, including PBL content learning, team projects, sharing of development experiences by experts, career counseling, and project coaching through various special lectures.
Lee Jong-won, Vice President of Academic Affairs, said, "Through the operation of this SW immersive education, we will introduce new educational methods on campus and strive to develop into an educational institution that cultivates digital talents proficient in collaboration and communication."
