A report was received on the 25th at around 2:28 PM about a large black smoke occurring at an apartment construction site in Imun-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.
The fire department responded to the report and is currently assessing whether there is a fire.
The apartment is scheduled for occupancy in January next year and is known to have about 3,000 households.
