ABM Lab announced on the 25th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on an artificial intelligence (AI) travel service targeting university students with Korail Yongsan Station.
Through this agreement, ABM Lab plans to utilize data from university students visiting Yongsan Station to increase additional visitors and develop customized services using AI analysis. Korail Yongsan Station provides university students with information services on linked regional tourism products such as Asan Rail Bike, Yeosu Marine Rail Bike, Ganghwa Seaside Resort Luge, and Gyeongbuk Mungyeong Zipline Korea.
A company representative stated, “We will maximize synergy by utilizing Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions based on big data and AI prediction technology,” adding, “We will strive to acquire new customers by delivering news available at Korail Yongsan Station.”
They continued, “Providing diverse information is expected to have a positive impact on domestic regional tourism and economic revitalization,” emphasizing, “We will build a long-term cooperative relationship with Korail Yongsan Station and pursue mutual benefits by promoting sustainable development.”
ABM Lab currently has 200 universities and 3.5 million university students as customers. It provides services targeting university students, including operating university student supporters for corporations and public institutions, supporting university festivals, and corporate promotions.
