Held at Changwon CECO until the 28th
The Korea Machine Industry Promotion Association announced that the '2024 Korea International Machinery Expo' will be held from the 25th to the 28th at the Changwon Convention Center (CECO). Starting as the Gyeongnam International Machinery Expo in 1997, the Korea International Machinery Expo has been fostering and developing the knowledge-intensive machinery industry in the southeastern region, and it is expected to be an event where trends and the future outlook of manufacturing can be seen at a glance.
Hosted by Gyeongsangnam-do and Changwon Special City and organized by the Korea Machine Industry Promotion Association, this event will feature participation from 127 companies from 20 countries including Germany, the United States, and Japan. Divided into five sectors: metal cutting and machining, automation, smart factory, materials and components, and energy, this expo will showcase the latest products and technologies leading the manufacturing industry, such as smart factory solutions, 3D measuring instruments, and 3D printers.
Additionally, various side events will be held during the exhibition period, including a conference sharing the latest trends in artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics technology, virtual export consultations, machinery technology seminars, and prize events. At the 'Connected Machine Conference 2024,' various presentations on technologies driving innovation in manufacturing, such as collaborative and logistics robots, AI, and applications, are prepared.
