This drill was conducted assuming a large-scale fire and multiple casualties caused by a gas explosion in a multi-use facility.

More than 90 personnel from seven organizations including fire department, administrative city, health center, police, and medical institutions participated in this civil-government joint surprise drill.

With the goal of "establishing a crisis response system based on a solid cooperation system," this drill focused on checking rapid response capabilities and preparedness for complex disasters, verifying and improving the effectiveness of related manuals, and strengthening disaster response capabilities, conducted as if in a real situation.

Chief Go Min-ja said, "Through this drill, we will solidify the foundation of the large-scale disaster response system and prepare for the diversifying disaster patterns through close cooperation and organized response among related organizations.
