Korea Federation of SMEs Holds On-site Lecture for 'SME Big Brother' Program

On the 25th, the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (KOSME) announced that it held an on-site lecture for 20 representatives of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) established within the last seven years at the Korea McNulty Seoul Office as part of the 'SME Kidari Ajusshi Project.'


This on-site lecture was conducted by Eunjeong Lee, CEO of Korea McNulty, and Yongmin Jo, Chief Investment Officer of Unbound Lab Dev.

In the first part of the lecture, CEO Eunjeong Lee shared stories about the coffee journey from startup to listing under the theme "Embracing the Scent of Success," emphasizing the importance of relentless challenging spirit to junior entrepreneurs.


CEO Lee stated, “Challenge and innovation are the keys to success, through which new opportunities can be created and sustainable growth achieved. This is the competitiveness of a company.”


In the second part, Chief Investment Officer Yongmin Jo spoke on the theme "Common Traits of Successful Startups I Invested In," discussing success strategies for startups and commonalities among successful companies, highlighting the importance of growth strategies in the early stages of entrepreneurship.


Chief Jo conveyed, “To achieve unprecedented levels of growth in industries no one expects, you must use the tools of innovation and creativity to build a logical structure that excites your heart.”


KOSME conducts the 'SME Kidari Ajusshi Project' every month, offering lectures by mentors who are successful senior entrepreneurs.


Mentee applications can be submitted anytime through the KOSME website, and mentees are given priority opportunities to participate in mentoring talk concerts and visits to senior companies.
