Time Allocated for Empathy and Encouragement Regarding Civil Service Desk Staff's Difficulties
On the 24th, Park Woo-ryang, the governor of Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do, held a luncheon meeting with civil servants in charge of the civil complaint desk, the county announced on the 25th.
This meeting was an opportunity to listen to the difficulties and suggestions of the civil servants suffering from the recent increase in malicious complaints. Governor Park personally heard their challenges and proposals, encouraging the hard work of the civil servants.

During the meeting, which also discussed measures to respond to malicious complaints and ways to improve the quality of civil complaint services, Governor Park stated, “We understand the difficulties faced by employees suffering from the increasing malicious complaints and will create a safe working environment.”
Going forward, Sinan-gun plans to regularly hold communication sessions between the governor and civil complaint officers to comfort their efforts and work towards happy residents and civil servants.
This meeting demonstrated Sinan-gun’s future direction by raising awareness of malicious complaints and seeking response measures, drawing the expectations and interest of the residents.
