"Lunchflation Beware"... Lotte Mart's Super Discount Price Stabilization Event

Until the 3rd of next month, "Mission, Control the Prices"
Up to 30% Discount on Ready-to-Eat Foods like Gimbap and Sandwiches
Introducing 10 Ultra-Low Price Stabilization Products

Lotte Mart announced on the 25th that it will hold the "Mission! Control the Prices" event for seven days from the 27th of this month to the 3rd of next month.


Lotte Mart is conducting the "Control Lunch Prices!" event as an alternative to lunch inflation. This event was planned to solve both the worries about lunch menus and the burden of prices. Instant cooked foods will be sold at up to 30% discount when paid with event cards (Lotte, KB Kookmin, Shinhan, Nonghyup cards).

During this event, donburi and Osilmo (Oisireul Silh-eohaneun Moim) gimbap, and buckwheat soba sets will be available in the 3,000 KRW range; bibimbap, sandwiches, and wrap sandwiches in the 4,000 KRW range; and gimbap & roll sets in the 6,000 KRW range. In addition, the representative sushi product "Salmon & Shrimp One Plate Sushi (30 pieces)" will be offered to L.POINT members at a 35% discount for 19,494 KRW.


They will also introduce the super special price "Top 10 Price Stabilization Products" for reducing living expenses. Only essential products for daily life, from fresh and processed foods to daily necessities, have been carefully selected. As a representative product, "Sliced Watermelon (800g, pack)" and "Sliced Pineapple (540g, pack)" will be offered at 5,990 KRW each with a 1,000 KRW discount per pack when purchasing two or more packs.


Paprika will be offered at 990 KRW each when purchasing three or more. "Norwegian Mackerel Fillet (700g, bag)" will be offered to L.POINT members at a 50% discount for 8,950 KRW, and the "Namyang Dairy Morning Milk Set," consisting of two packs of 900ml each, will be sold for 3,980 KRW.


Lotte Mart and Super will also launch the "Gonggu Hot Deal" series, planned as extremely cost-effective products by utilizing the synergy of integrated sourcing. The "Gonggu Hot Deal Miero Fiber Clear Plum Set (1.2ℓ, 2 packs)" will be sold exclusively offline for 3,300 KRW. This product is a new large-capacity cost-effective functional beverage with plum concentrate added to Miero Fiber, responding to the increasing customer demand for functional drinks. Considering that the "Gonggu Hot Deal Miero Fiber Set" launched last April sold out 50,000 units within a month, the supply has been increased by 20%.


In addition, summer season products will be offered at reasonable prices. The "Frill Fruit Vinegar Kitchen Detergent 5 types" will be offered at a 50% discount when purchasing two or more, priced at 4,750 KRW each, and all "Lezen Circulators" will be sold at up to 20% discount. In line with the water play season, Disney water play products such as the "Disney Winnie the Pooh Parasol Walker" will be discounted by up to 30%.


Kang Hye-won, Head of Marketing at Lotte Mart and Super, said, "With essential living prices related to food, clothing, and shelter rising sharply, we planned this event to fulfill the role of large marts in stabilizing prices. We are holding up to half-price discount events across essential daily product categories, including instant cooked food discounts for a reasonable meal, so we hope customers take this opportunity to reduce their living expenses."
