- This Year’s Largest Busan Housing Market Development with a Total of 1,305 Units
- Enhancing Residential Comfort with Various Landscaping & Community Features, Introducing Luxury Designs Throughout
'The Sharp Riomont,' a redevelopment project in Eomgung 3 District, Sasang-gu, supplied as the largest brand complex in this year's Busan housing market, is attracting attention with its overwhelming product design. In fact, the complex incorporates differentiated designs of 'The Sharp,' Busan's No.1 brand apartment, enhancing residential comfort and landmark symbolism throughout the site, drawing interest.
The Sharp Riomont is being developed with 11 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 39 to 84㎡, totaling 1,305 households. Among these, 866 units are for general sale with exclusive areas of 59, 72, and 84㎡. It boasts the largest scale among newly supplied complexes in Busan this year (based on total households) and is notable for being the first The Sharp brand apartment developed in Sasang-gu, adding symbolic value.
The complex first enhances residential comfort by diversely introducing landscaping and community facilities, which have recently gained importance in the apartment market.
In particular, the landscaping design includes a variety of features such as a lawn plaza, ‘Mirage Foret’ with a rock garden and sculptural waterfall, a ‘Kids Pool’ water playground, a ‘Theme Playground’ for children, Posco’s unique sensory garden ‘Permata Garden,’ and a ‘Farm Garden’ that can be used as a vegetable garden, all contributing to a pleasant environment.
Additionally, the community facilities include various sports amenities and high-end facilities reflecting residential lifestyle trends, enriching daily life. Key facilities include a GDR golf practice range with screen golf, fitness center, GX room, table tennis room, sauna with cold/hot baths and dry dock, book caf?, kids room, open study caf?, and private study rooms.
Moreover, premium design elements are applied throughout the complex to further enhance its landmark value. First, a curtain wall look design and side wall panels made of premium structural materials called 'PosMAC Steel Art Wall' are used to create a distinctive exterior. The main entrance features landscaping that reflects a nature-surrounded feel with green spaces, building a nature-friendly area that increases symbolic significance.
Furthermore, the interior design draws attention with floor plans mainly featuring slab-type cross ventilation (except for some units), and the introduction of dress rooms, entrance storage, and kitchen pantries, expanding storage space and spatial utilization.
A sales official stated, "In addition, the complex will elevate residents' living experience in terms of security, convenience, and health through The Sharp’s advanced smart home service ‘AiQ TECH.’ We expect residents to feel comfortable living and pride that they have never experienced anywhere else in the region."
Meanwhile, The Sharp Riomont is gaining even more interest due to its excellent product design, reasonable pricing contrasting recent price increases, and future value driven by surrounding development benefits.
Currently, the average sale price in Busan is around 22 million KRW per 3.3㎡, and major complexes have risen to about 30 million KRW per 3.3㎡. Compared to this, The Sharp Riomont is expected to be priced competitively below 20 million KRW per 3.3㎡, attracting attention.
Also, various development benefits are ongoing nearby, raising expectations for future value appreciation. First, Eomgung Station on the 'Sasang~Hadan Line,' which vertically crosses Sasang Station on Busan Line 2 and Hadan Station on Line 1, is about 370 meters away (a 5-minute walk) and is scheduled to open in 2026 before the complex’s move-in in 2027, securing a station area location. Additionally, the Seunghak Tunnel (planned), connecting Busan’s downtown, is being promoted, which is expected to greatly improve accessibility to downtown Busan.
Furthermore, the nearby area is developing the 'Western Busan Administrative Complex Town' (scheduled for 2027), which will serve as Busan’s second government office, and plans are underway to establish a dormitory-type middle school and an autonomous public high school to improve educational conditions, which is expected to bring additional benefits.
The model house for The Sharp Riomont will be located in Dongdaesin-dong 1-ga, Seo-gu, Busan, and is scheduled to open in June.
