Singer Jang Yoon-jung and broadcaster Do Kyung-wan, a married couple, are reported to have sold their unit at Nine One Hannam and purchased a penthouse with views of the Han River and Yongsan Park.

According to the real estate industry on the 21st, the couple bought a penthouse unit at Aper Hangang (Aper Park) located in Seobinggo-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, with full cash payment. The duplex penthouse has a total exclusive area of 273.98㎡ (approximately 83 pyeong), and the sale price is known to be around 12 billion KRW. The couple finalized the ownership transfer last April.

Previously, in March 2021, the couple had purchased a 244㎡ unit at Nine One Hannam under joint ownership for 5 billion KRW and had been residing there. This April, they sold the unit at the highest price for that size, 12 billion KRW. They thus earned a capital gain of 7 billion KRW in just over three years.

Aper Hangang is located in Seobinggo-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, consisting of one building with five basement floors and ten above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 205 to 273㎡. It is a luxury residential complex composed of 26 households. The complex is divided into three lines, with only one unit supplied per line, totaling just three units. Situated between the Han River and Yongsan Park, it offers simultaneous views of both, and the penthouse type even provides views of Namsan Tower.

This place is known to have been designed by architect Yoo Hyun-joon, a professor in the Department of Architecture at Hongik University, who appeared on the tvN variety show "Alssul Sinjab." Depending on the residents' preferences, terraces can be designed as home cafes, private gardens, mini camping sites, and more. Notable residents of Aper Hangang include BTS member J-Hope, actors Gong Yoo, Kim Go-eun, Han Hyo-joo, and Soo Ae.

The general unit sale price at Aper Hangang is 6 billion KRW, and the current resale price for general units is known to be around 9 to 10 billion KRW.
