The Korea Student Aid Foundation (Chairman Bae Byungil), the implementing agency for the Ministry of Education's 'Support Project for Promoting Employment of High School Graduates,' announced on the 21st that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Hotel Suseong (CEO Kim Youngmi) in Suseong-gu, Daegu, to promote employment among high school graduates.
The Korea Student Aid Foundation, as the implementing agency for the Ministry of Education's Central Employment Support Center operation support project, is carrying out tasks to promote employment of high school graduates by discovering new job opportunities that reflect the aptitude and capabilities of students from vocational high schools. This MOU was signed to establish a cooperative system between organizations and to fulfill social responsibility for the activation of employment among vocational high school students.

Through this MOU, each organization has agreed to strengthen cooperation so that vocational high school students can grow as customized talents, find employment fairly according to their abilities, and pioneer their own career paths.
The Ministry of Education's Central Employment Support Center, in cooperation with employment support centers in metropolitan and provincial offices of education (18 locations), vocational high schools, and related organizations, will serve as a central control tower for supporting workplace training and employment of high school graduates. It aims to contribute to the creation of a favorable employment environment for high school graduates nationwide by discovering quality jobs across the country.
In addition, Hotel Suseong plans to make efforts not only to discover recruitment demand for high school graduates but also to provide opportunities for workplace training, company tours, and experiential programs to help vocational high school students explore and design their career paths.
Bae Seonggeun, Executive Director of the Korea Student Aid Foundation, stated, "The Ministry of Education's Central Employment Support Center will continue to work with Hotel Suseong to provide opportunities for students who wish to pursue careers in hotel, tourism, and culinary fields, so that we can become a strong support for high school graduates."
Seo Jeongho, General Manager of Hotel Suseong, said, "Together with the Ministry of Education's Central Employment Support Center, we will actively support job creation so that vocational high school students can demonstrate their capabilities, and we will create success stories of outstanding high school graduates in the hotel, tourism, and culinary fields."
