Comedian Shim Hyung-rae Hosts...Total Performance Time 120 Minutes
Yongsan-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Park Hee-young) will hold a special performance, the ‘Hidden Singer LIVE Concert,’ at 7 p.m. on the 21st in the Grand Theater Mir (B2, 150 Noksapyeong-daero) to celebrate the 14th anniversary of the opening of Yongsan Art Hall.
The event offers 780 seats, all free and available on a first-come, first-served basis, to provide Yongsan residents with opportunities to enjoy culture and enhance cultural welfare. It is open to anyone who wishes to attend.
‘Hidden Singer’ is a TV music program where participants who imitate famous singers compete to identify the real singer by voice alone. Since its first broadcast in 2012, it has gained popularity over seven seasons until 2022.
This performance will be hosted by comedian and film director Shim Hyung-rae. Five talented imitators who gained attention by participating in Hidden Singer?▲Kim Jeong-hoon (Lee Moon-sae edition), ▲Kim Seong-in (PSY edition), ▲Kim Won-joo (Lee Sun-hee edition), ▲Oh Hye-bin (Young Tak edition), and ▲Jo Hyun-min (Lim Chang-jung edition)?will take the stage, delivering performances with voices that are ‘more real than the real thing.’
The concert will feature various genres such as trot, ballad, and dance, creating an enjoyable time for people of all ages. The total performance time is 120 minutes.
The first stage will be opened by Oh Hye-bin with lively trot songs like ‘Makgeolli Han Jan,’ ‘Niga Wae Geogi Seo Nawa,’ and ‘Jjin-iya.’ Next, Kim Jeong-hoon will stir ‘girl’s emotions’ with ‘Sonyeo,’ ‘Al Su Eomneun Insaeng,’ and ‘Bulgeun Noeul.’ Kim Seong-in, famous as the doppelganger of singer PSY, will heat up the stage with exciting dance songs such as ‘Gangnam Style,’ ‘Champion,’ and ‘Yesul-iya.’
Kim Won-joo will showcase his soulful vocal power with songs like ‘Inyeon’ and ‘Areumdaun Gangsan,’ and finally, Jo Hyun-min will close the concert with ‘Geuttae Tto Dasi,’ ‘Tto Dasi Sarang,’ and ‘Soju Han Jan.’
In particular, the audience can participate after the performance by scanning a QR code to vote on which singer’s voice was ‘more real than the real one,’ enhancing the fun of watching the concert.
