Daebang Construction will offer units for sale at 'Gwacheon Dietre Prestige,' located in Gwacheon City, Gyeonggi Province, from the 1st to the 3rd of next month.
On the 26th, Daebang Construction announced on the 20th that it will open the model house for Gwacheon Dietre Prestige and officially begin sales. This complex consists of 8 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, with a total of 740 units of 59㎡ exclusive area.
Due to the price ceiling system, the units are supplied at affordable prices, allowing for an expected capital gain of up to 700 million KRW. The sale price for the 59㎡ units in this complex starts at 768 million KRW. Among complexes in Gwacheon that are within 15 years of occupancy, the market price for 59㎡ apartments is around 1.4 billion KRW. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s real transaction price disclosure system, a 59㎡ unit in 'Gwacheon Weverfield' was traded for 1.47 billion KRW in March.
This complex is centrally located between the upcoming 'Gwacheon Jeongbotown Station (planned)' on Line 4 and 'Government Complex Gwacheon Station,' making both easily accessible. The Government Complex Gwacheon Station is expected to be served by the GTX C line of the metropolitan area express railway, and additional benefits are anticipated following the promotion of the 'Wirye-Gwacheon Line.'
Regarding road transportation, the complex is near the 'Gwacheon Bongdam Urban Expressway,' 'Second Gyeongin Expressway,' and 'Gwacheon-daero,' providing convenient access to major Seoul Gangnam areas such as Yangjae and Sadang, as well as nearby urban centers like Suwon and Anyang.
Residents can walk to Galhyeon Elementary School, Munwon Elementary School, Munwon Middle School, and Gwacheon Jungang High School. Nearby are also Gwacheon Girls' High School and Gwacheon Foreign Language High School, offering a pleasant academic environment. Additionally, access to the Pyeongchon academy district is easy via public transportation, making the educational environment excellent. The area is also set to host advanced IT and pharmaceutical/biotech companies such as 'Netmarble' and 'Kwangdong Pharmaceutical,' providing excellent conditions for living close to work.
The complex features a slab-type layout for all unit types and designs tailored to a 4-bay floor plan. The parking ratio is about 2.16 spaces per household, the most generous among apartments in the Knowledge Information Town.
Applications will begin with special supply on the 1st of next month, followed by first-priority on the 2nd and second-priority on the 3rd. The announcement of successful applicants will be on the 10th of the same month.
