Promotions and Various Events at Major Tourist Attractions Until August
Sancheong County, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 19th that it will operate a "Sancheong Tourism Pop-up Store on the Go" on weekends until August.
This event is being held to offer special enjoyment to tourists during the peak travel season and to enhance the image of Sancheong as a place people want to visit again.
Tourist course recommendations, tourist site guides, and SNS subscription and posting events are being conducted at Namsa Yedamchon in Sancheong-gun.
The event will take place at major tourist attractions in Sancheong County, such as Namsa Yedamchon, Daewonsa Valley, and Georim Valley, and will include recommendations for tourist courses, information on attractions, and SNS subscription and posting events.
The pop-up store held at Namsa Yedamchon on the 15th received a positive response by offering SNS subscription (YouTube, Instagram, blog) events and providing tourism character merchandise.
A county official said, "We hope that this pop-up store operation will provide a more enjoyable experience for visitors to Sancheong County," and added, "We will continue to carry out various marketing activities to promote Sancheong County's excellent tourism resources."
